1. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our tools and services, we generally do not offer refunds once a plan is active. We provide full access to our digital processing features upon successful payment, making it impossible to "return" the service once consumed.

2. 3-Day Free Trial

We want you to be completely satisfied with Toolfly before you commit. Please use the 3-day trial period to test out our label cropping, formatting features, and overall dashboard. This ensures the tool meets your specific e-commerce business needs before making any purchase.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You have the right to cancel or choose not to renew your subscription at any time.

  • If you cancel your subscription, your account will remain active for the remainder of your currently paid billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time in an active billing cycle.
  • Upon expiration, your account will simply revert to a free or inactive state without any automatic hidden charges.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

While our standard policy is no refunds, we may make exceptions strictly on a case-by-case basis. Acceptable circumstances for a refund review include:

  • Accidental duplicate charges for the same subscription period.
  • Severe technical failures on our end that entirely prevent you from using the service, which our support team is unable to resolve.
